Taste of Flevoland

Last summer we worked on a documentary about the taste of Flevoland. We shot some scenes at the Flevo Campus and interviewed several people about their view on the food supply in Flevoland. While filming ‘The Taste of Flevoland’ we met Nadia Zerouali, who is very involved with the Flevo Campus and growth of a new (Food wise) generation. We also interviewed Peter Klosse, founder of the Academy for Gastronomy. He gave a lecture at Flevo Campus about the difference between taste and flavor.
